After studies with Dagmar Walle-Hansen and Reimar Riefling in Oslo she continued with Wilhelm Kempff and Edwin Fischer in Germany and with Robert Casadesus in Paris. She gave her debut in Oslo (1926) and worked as a concert pianist and teacher.
